EMV chip on your Debit Card is used for enhanced & secured transactions at the ATMs.

In case the EMV chip on your card is not readable, a One-Time Password (OTP) will be sent to your registered mobile number/ email ID.

It's simple! Enter the PIN and then enter the OTP* sent to your registered mobile number/ email ID, you can then proceed to withdraw cash at the Kotak Bank ATM.

Please register your mobile number/ email ID with the bank to enjoy seamless transactions.

Steps for OTP based withdrawal:

Step 1:
Dip your Debit Card at the ATM

Step 2:
Click on ‘Main Menu’ and select ‘Account Type’ for Account validation

Step 3:
Enter the amount & PIN

Step 4:
Enter the OTP received on your registered mobile number/email ID

Step 5:
Collect cash and printed receipt (or save paper)

For your convenience, please carry your mobile phone when you visit the Kotak Bank ATM. You can complete your transaction by entering the OTP sent to your registered mobile number/ email ID.

*OTP service will be enabled only when the EMV chip on your card is not readable.
